2021 Nominating Committee Report

– Jennifer Roman, Chair

The Nominating Committee was formed in January 2021 to recruit candidates to serve 2 years on the Board of Directors.  These candidates will fill vacant and vacated positions per the term limits noted in the association’s by-laws.

We set out to target/recruit leadership quality individuals who either:

a) have a professional background

b) are well acquainted with NPOA activities

c) come highly recommended by an existing delegate, board or committee member.

We identified individuals with these attributes, conducted interviews and met to finalize our list.  We feel very fortunate to be able to find willing volunteers who exceed our criteria.

Other nominations and any call to the public are to be received by noon on March 20th.
