If your home is within the NPOA jurisdiction and you or a neighbor have a holiday light display that really stands out, let us know. We’ll be awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in our 9th Annual Holiday Home Lighting Contest.
WHO MAY ENTER?
• The competition is open to all NPOA Member property owners.
• NPOA Board of Directors members, Neighborhood Committee of Architecture members, NPOA staff and their families are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
• Complete and return this form to our office

You can help provide new clothing, toys and a Merry Christmas for needy children in
Fountain Hills. The Fountain Hills Christmas Angel committee will make sure your adopted
“Angel” receives your gift.

Most of these children desperately need warm clothing and of course, all children long for
TOYS. Their sizes are listed on the gift card, and you may purchase one item, or as many as you wish from the suggestion card. Anything is appreciated.

Please purchase and return the gifts within a few days to help us meet our scheduled
delivery date of DECEMBER 15, 2019. Please do not wrap the gifts, but you may include some wrapping paper if you wish.

The 11th Annual Fountain Hills Make a Difference Day will bring together volunteers from the faith community, clubs and organizations, and town volunteers with a common mission to contribute where needs exist within our town. Work sites may include raking and cleaning up yards, cleaning up and organizing garages, building wheelchair ramps for elderly home-bound residents, or even deep cleaning where owners cannot keep up with those duties.
Let’s show our neighbors that Fountain Hills is the “Small Town with a Big Heart!” Please register to volunteer today at the Town of Fountain Hills website!

The NPOA held it’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday March 23rd at the Fountain Hills Community Center. The Fountain Hills Mayor Ginny Dickey was the guest speaker and discussed some of the on-going town business and challenges. The NPOA President Susan Dempster gave her report and introduced the Committee of Architecture Chair Steve Bolton, who gave a report discussing the work of the Committee of Architecture and some new changes that were made last year to the Development Guide. The Treasurer Jana Palmer gave the financial report and outlined the much improved financial condition of the Association. Jana also gave the The Nominating Committee report and introduced the four Board of Directors candidates to the audience. A request for nominations from the floor was introduced, but no nominations were made, so the four candidates were approved by unanimous consent of the attending Delegates.
The newly elected Board members are:
A special board meeting will be held Wednesday March 27th 11 AM at the NPOA office. The purpose of this meeting will be for the currently serving and newly elected board members to elect the officers of the board for the coming year.
2019 Annual General Meeting
This is the meeting where the Delegates (neighborhood representatives) elect the Board of Directors and vote on any proposed bylaws changes. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, nominations can be made from the floor, and you can even nominate yourself.
The Treasurer will present the association’s financial report.
There is also a time dedicated to hearing any concerns, comments or suggestions from the membership.
Notices are sent out to all Delegates with the agenda, date, time, and location. As with the other meetings, all NPOA members are welcome to attend.
The 2019 Annual general meeting will be held Saturday March 23rd at 9 AM.
The meeting will be held at the Fountain Hills Community Center.
Delegate check in begins at 08:30.
A hot breakfast will be served.
