The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the meeting where the Delegates elect the Board of Directors and vote on any bylaws changes. The President, Treasurer and the Chair of the Committee of Architecture present their reports. There is normally a time dedicated to hearing any concerns, comments or suggestions from the membership.
Due to COVID-19 meeting restrictions, including the Community Center unavailability, and out of concern for the health and safety of our members, the NPOA opted to conduct the Annual General Meeting via the following set of actions:
The Nominating Committee presented its slate of candidates via an email to the Delegates. That report was also posted on the NPOA web site.
That web page & associated email served as notification for “Call to Public” and to nominate members for the 2021-2022 Board of Directors.
Notices were also placed in the Fountain Hills Times newspaper advising members of the meeting.
The President, Treasurer, NCOA Chairperson reports were collected and published in a PowerPoint document that has been converted to a PDF format for download and presentation via the web.
